Japanese/Korean Linguistics Conference at Univ. of Hawai’i

Sun-Ah Jun and Taehong Cho (PhD in 2001) each gave an invited talk at the Workshop on Prosody and Prosodic Interfaces in Japanese and Korean, held at the Univ of Hawai’i on Oct. 11, 2017. Larry Hyman (PhD in 1972) participated at the Workshop as an Invited Discussant. The workshop was a satellite meeting of the 25th Japanese/Korean linguistics conference, organized by Haruo Kubozono (NINJAL, Japan). Three other alums, Tomoko Ishizuka (PhD 2010), Reiko Okabe (PhD 2008), and Sahyang Kim (PhD 2004), also presented their work at the Japanese/Korean linguistics conference on Oct. 12-14, 2017. The conference program is in: https://japanesekoreanlinguisticsconference25.wordpress.com/.
