I am a third year graduate student in the Linguistics Department at UCLA, advised by Megha Sundara. I am a part of both the UCLA Language Lab and the Phonetics Lab.

Current Research:

• M.A. Thesis: Infants' preference for the visual speech of their native language. Advisor Megha Sundara, UCLA.
• Influence of bilingual exposure on babbling. Supervised by Megha Sundara, UCLA.
• Acoustic analysis of John Laver's voice qualities. Working with Marc Garellek, UCLA

When I'm not busy with school, I spend time watching Cal sports, especially basketball and football. My boyfriend Matt is in the Computer Science department at UC Berkeley. I also like to read, cook, watch bad movies, and play with my cat, Leia.
