My first name is from Hebrew and means “spring of water”. It's pronounced with three syllables, like this:
The first half of my last name comes from my Filipino side, and as far as I know, it has no meaning. The second half of my last name comes from my Israeli side, and it's the name of a month in the Jewish calendar. My grandfather's original family name was “Ederer”, which was Czech. It was hebraicized when he arrived in Israel.
I pronounce my last name like it's English (/æbə'ninə ə'dɑɹ/), but you're welcome to pronounce it like it's Tagalog-Hebrew (/abe'nina a'daʁ/).
