Come give a 5-15 min talk on con- and disjunction. Please be prepared to talk abut anything interesting about coordination in your language. Please come even if you don't want to present!

Cinque's, Hilda's, and others' thoughts on Greenberg's Universal 20, about word order within the DP/NP. If you'd like to participate in this fest,please bring us some interesting data (from any language or languages) about the order of the major DP-internal constituents, but there will not be more than four presenters.

Every quarter we have a Fest (or sometimes two)dedicated to a particular linguistic topic. Superlatives have been inspiringgreat interest around the department lately, and we had a number ofpresentations about them last summer. Anyone who wants to present somethingabout superlative constructions (in any language) is welcome - please write Pamela Munro at munro@ucla.edu to volunteer.
