Dr. O’Leary works on the syntax/semantics interface, especially regarding the temporal interpretation of nominals, as well as on the documentation and revitalization of Hän, an Athabaskan language spoken in Alaska. She is extremely passionate about inclusive pedagogical practices, and is happy to return to live in the area in which she grew up.
The UCLA Linguistics Department’s normal business hours are M-F 8am-12pm, 1-4pm. Office schedule and availability may change based on UCLA protocol (www.covid-19.ucla.edu).
