NSF Dissertation Grant for Minqi Liu

Our graduate student Minqi (Kiki) Liu has been awarded a Doctoral Dissertation Research Improvement Grant by the National Science Foundation (NSF)! The grant will support her dissertation project Intervention Effects in the Acquisition of Passives. Nina Hyams is the faculty Principal Investigator on the grant. Congratulations Minqi!

Congratulations to Marju Kaps, recipient of the CUNY Young Scholar Award!

Katz Young Scholar Award for her 2020 talk “Processing coordination ambiguity in context: Eye- tracking evidence from Estonian” at the 33rd Annual CUNY Conference on Human Sentence Processing.
