Prof. Pam Munro and her work on the Tongva language featured in the Los Angeles Times

Prof. Pam Munro’s linguistic revitalization work on Tongva has been showcased in the LA Times, together with interviews of both herself and members of the class she leads. The title of the article is “Tongva, Los Angeles’ first language, opens the doors to a forgotten time and place” and it was published on May 9th, 2019.
